No details? No problemMost cases reported are uncovered through tips from honest people who may not be sure of all the facts. This is perfectly all right. We do not expect you to know every last detail. Reporting what you do know is enough.

We are independentWe DO NOT work for your employer. Ethics Asia is engaged by your employer as an INDEPENDENT service provider to provide you with a safe, secured avenue to report matters that you feel are not right.
What happens afterWe will prepare a Disclosure Report based on your report, which will be sent to your company's Ethics Officer(s) within 1 business day. Your organisation will decide on the action required when they receive the report.

What's NOT RIGHT?
Misconducts can take many forms. Here are some common examples:
FraudIntentionally deprive your company of property or money by deception, manipulate financial information, or publish false information
Breach of Policy Act against your company's rules and regulations, undertake their duties outside of existing policies, standards, statutes, procedures or instructions

Bribery & CorruptionReceive a financial benefit which influences their judgment or conduct, offer money or gifts to a potential client in exchange for business
Theft & DishonestyTake another person's property without that person's consent, use another's identity to obtain goods and services, secretly sell goods and hides the money from the sale

Conflict of InterestUndeclared interest (including family & friends) in another company, leak sensitive information about your company to outsiders
Unethical ActivitiesUse their position and power to mistreat or disrespect others, misuse company time, sexual harrasment, abusive behaviours, bullying, threats
